This marks an important milestone in strengthening the global voice of patients within international health governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>WHO Civil Society Commission<\/strong> is established to facilitate structured engagement between civil society organizations and the WHO, ensuring that the perspectives of communities and stakeholders are integrated into global health policy. The Steering Committee, comprised of representatives, plays a pivotal role in guiding the Commission\u2019s work, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability in advancing WHO\u2019s mission in collaboration with civil society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Jafri\u2019s election to this influential body reflects the growing recognition of WPA\u2019s commitment to patient centered healthcare globally.
